GK COCO

GK COCO is a COSOlver submodule. It computes GK COulomb COefficients that can be precomputed to construct the GK Coulomb collision operator. GK COCO generates *.csv tables of coefficients using the FM library. These coefficients are then loaded during COSOlver execution time.
