This repository contains the source code for a micro-manager device adapter (code folder) and a custom micro-manager plugin (code/plugin folder). for convenience, it also contains the complied library for Windows 7 (micromanager folder).

The purpose of this project is to configure and operate a 6 DOF surgery robot in an experimental setup for microscopic tissue manipulation. It is used in the context of our paper: "Tissue sculpting with mechanically induced solid-fluid transitions" by Erik Mailand, Ece Özelçi, Jaemin Kim, Matthias Rüegg, Odysseas Chaliotis, Jon Märki, Nikolaos Bouklas, and Mahmut Selman Sakar.
