Revised symmetric/reflected wavelet xform boundary extension to repeat first/last sample. This reduces boundary artefacts and reduces the unit test RMSE. The padded D4 wavelet unit test now avoids thresholding and mRGBE encoding the upper left 3x3 approximation coefficients. This significantly reduces mRGBE artefacts in the reconstruction!
