Added options to wavelet2 unit test to generate monotonically increasing input signals instead of random ones. Enabled WAVELET_FINALHAAR option in wavelet2.h, as tests with monotonic signals reveal fewer detrimental effects than anticipated, but with the benefit of having only 1 approximation coefficient compared to 2x2=4 with DB4.
