Added contribution photon caching code pmcontrib.{h,c}, also to Rmakefile. Passes preliminary tests. Modified OOC_CacheData() to handle a NULL file, in which case the returned cache page isn't populated with date (normally read from the file). In the case of contrib photons, this is populated by the contrib decoding routines.
