[Firmware] code cleaning

-Replaced "position loop" with "haptic controller".
-Inverted the target current sign, such that it corresponds to the hardware
documentation.
-Changed slightly the gear ratio constant, so that it matches the hardware
documentation.
-Updated eclipse project.
