[CPP] fixed minor issues

-fixed spinboxes that could not have negative values.
-removed misleading arrow buttons on the read-only spinboxes.
-the window size is now remembered across starts of the program.
-the criteria for being a valid USB-UART adapter is now to contain "CP210"
instead of "CP210x". This allows the adapter to be recognized correctly
under Linux.
