Description

BibHarvest: adds tasklet to run WebColl task

Introduces a new generic bibtasklet which allows one to launch a specific bibtask after another task has completed.

Uses the above bibtasklet to launch a WebColl task after the BibIndex task upon successful harvesting (INSPIRE only).
