plotextractor: process files of a record

• Allow to process files attached to a record, selecting them by format, docname or doctype (--with-docformat, --with-docname and --with-doctype)

• Fixed docname creation, removing special FFT control characters (semi-colon, colon).

• Enable to choose upload mode with --upload-mode
