Description

BibExport: initial release of field exporter

Changes with respect to Rado's fieldexporter branch:
- URL changed to /exporter to avoid conflict with /export used for sitemaps;
- filter_fields() implementation changed to avoid bibrecord problem;
- MARC output changed to produce TextMARC, not AlephMARC.
