WebSearch: get_fieldvalues() checks recIDs type
- BibEdit sometimes called get_fieldvalues() with recIDs=None, causing a traceback. Now get_fieldvalues() checks for allowed recIDs argument types (an integer or a list), preventing these tracebacks.
