Coloc 2: use newly made test images comparable to the Manders paper ones

The previously added mock images to verify the Manders colocaization
implementation did work for that purpose. Unfortunaltey, the Pearson
numbers were not the same as in the Manders paper. The new images change
this, they can now verify the Pearson's calculation as well.
