Coloc 2: Allow creation of equal dimensional masks

Masks with same dimensionality, like an irregular ROI on a 2D image, can
now be created again. Due to the rework of the mask handling this did not
work an recent history. Automatic dimension extension of masks with
different dimensionality will follow.
