Description

Coloc 2: Let the ROI cursors in Costes' be implicitely by the image type

This is needed for good mask support. The normal RegionOfInterestCursor
is not suited for ROI creation in MaskImages. That is, because of it
requiring to all pixels being filled in its regular volume.
