fails to load mask image as a mask of type Cursor

try to load mask image as a mask of type Cursor but fails...

New method to open tiff as a Cursor...in the TuesImageAccessor then use
it in the
MandersColoc test but my types are still in trouble, get an
error, and i made a dodgy type cast.

Need to figure out these Types...
