Mark first commit as external plugin

Colocalisation Analysis is now an external plugin (for more information,
see http://fiji.sc/External_Plugins).

This marks the first commit of the plugin as an external plugin, based on
Fiji's c3ec0189(Merge branch 'mediawiki-upgrade').
