add spatial calibration to colocalised pixel map image

used the imageJ builtin Calibration object to store the spatial calibration from
the first input image's ImagePlus.getCalibration() method,
and apply it to the Colocalized Pixels Map image.
Also changed the label of the coloc map image to reflect that of the GUI options,
so the user gets an image with the name one expects from the GUI.
