Rewrites Backend loading with biorob-cpp

amarsi_closes #319

It relies on platform independant interface PLuginLoader from
biorob-cpp for that specific feature. Please note that backend will
have to be rewritten (more carefully), and exemple would take care of
the case where no suitable backend would be found.
