# Error : The system do not start - SLM Error
Please follow the procedure explained in the PDF:
{F26163466}
I am very sorry to hear that the system seems to have lost the connection to the SLM again!
I asked my colleague in the head quarter, who helped us yesterday, and she sent me the manual on how to change the setting to find the SLM again.
It seems, that the inclusion of the pc into the network interferes with the SLM ( and potentially also the stage) that are also connected via real or virtual network adapters.
I attach it. Hopefully, you can reset the SLM settings.
# Error logs for Zeiss
If there was an error during an acquisition, sending the image file may not be enough for Zeiss to solve the issue.
Instead, please follow the procedure below:
* Software log part:
** When Zen is opened: right task bar > right click microscope icon > Maintenance > Create service report
** Look for where the report is saved
* Zen needs to be switched off before the following procedure (Hardware log part):
** C\Zen\CanCheck
** Create Report on the right side (click Yes)
Send both reports, and an example image
