GEAR: in chimie.c, if Cp->SNIa_Mpl < Cp->ms[Cp->n-1] or Cp->SNIa_Mpu < Cp->ms[Cp->n-1], we no longer stop the initialization. Instead, we decide that SNIa will be switched off. (Cp->SNIa_Mpl = -1; and Cp->SNIa_Mpu = -1;)
