Class browser is added to DAQ menu

1. the function readCommentHeader is singled out from readRunFiles
2. Fixed a bug with readTrace in MyDso
3. The measurement base directory in MyDaq now is not hard-coded, but loaded from settings
4. setLocalSettings and rmLocalSettings is introduced add and remove local settings
