Coloc 2: Fix existing regular ROI test to use "more realistic" ROIs

In ImageJ/Fiji one normally creates 2D ROIs (e.g. by using rectengular ROIs).
For images with more than two dimensions, the ROIs dimension information
needs to be extendented. To rely on this working correctly the created
ROIs are now 2D, too, for a 3D test image.
