If there was an error during an acquisition, sending the image file may not be enough for Zeiss to solve the issue.
Instead, please follow the procedure below:
* Software log part:
** When Zen is opened: right task bar > right click microscope icon > Maintenance > Create service report
** Look for where the report is saved
* Zen needs to be switched off before the following procedure (Hardware log part):
** C\Zen\CanCheck
** Create Report on the right side (click Yes)
Send both reports, and an example image
