= MOOC Image Processing & Analysis for Life Scientists =
[[https://www.edx.org/course/image-processing-and-analysis-for-life-scientists | Image Processing & Analysis for Life Scientists]] is a course available on edX since December 4th 2018.
It aims to cover the basics on image processing and analysis, in order to gain common vocabulary and good practices so you can tackle more advanced subjects throughout your career armed with the necessary tools and knowledge to avoid possible sources of bias and understand existing workflows.

[[ http://edu.epfl.ch/coursebook/en/image-processing-for-life-science-BIO-695 | Image Processing for Life Science]] is a course aimed at PhD students enrolled in the faculty of Life Sciences at EPFL, though we can accept other candidates. It is a 7 weeks course covering advanced image processing aspects with an image analysis workflow as a deliverable. It consists in the continuation of our MOOC: Image Processing & Analysis for Life Scientists, where you can now produce and criticize your own image analysis workflows.
