WARNING: There is no way to acquire individual tiles, and the stitching can be bad. It is thus not advised to do a tiled acquisition with this system:

In the acquisition settings, it is possible to reduce (even remove, probably) the area of “overlap”. Unfortunately I haven’t a working cellSens at the moment to send you some screenshots. With the integrated help of cellSens, you should find some info about it if you research with the key word overlap/overlap area.
It is to notice that rotation misalignment of the camera relative to XY stage will be noticeable, if present. This can be removed he same way as for the VS120 with the calibration process. Also, y shading correction is advisable regarding the GIF file you sent.
It is only possible to break down a time-lapse in individual time frames. There is no automated way to to break also each time frame into individual tiles. To do this, you could manually select a ROI corresponding to a tile before breaking down the time lapse. This has to be done for each tile (ROI).
