Actions

This is a very convenient tool to overlay one window onto another with transparency.

This is useful for people needing to do manual brain slice to atlas registration.

Use

After installation, running the software creates a window. Right click into it to select which other open window you want to have on top .

Then by right clicking you can select the Opacity and the Click trough behaviour.

Opacity

Select Right click → Opacity → % Opacity

Click Through Behavior

Select Right Click → Advanced → Enable Click-Through

You can get the opposite behavior by selecting Enable Click Forwarding
This means that if you click in the OnTopReplica Window, it is like clicking inside the original window.
