This ActionBar enables the registration of SIM/STORM images (Or any kind of imaging modality where identical bead images can be acquired.

This plugin depends from multiple packages

• ThunderSTORM (If you want to use the shortcuts provided, optional) https://zitmen.github.io/thunderstorm/
• ActionBar (From the IBMP-CNRS Update Site) http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:utilities:action_bar:start
• The PTBIOP Update site

Getting the tool

The file and documentation are downloadable from From Zenodo
There is also a Demo Dataset

Unzip the file into your Fiji Plugins folder

it should then be inder Plugins > ActionBar > SIM-STORM
after you restart Fiji.
